Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Turelis, operated by UDAIX. Its goal is to keep the Service safe, lawful, and platform-compliant.

You must not use the Service to

• Create or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Send spam, run engagement schemes, buy/sell fake engagement, or otherwise violate a connected platform's terms or automation rules.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Publish malware, phishing, or fraudulent or misleading financial/health/legal claims.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from third parties in violation of their terms or applicable law.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Resell or share access in violation of your plan, or use the API/automation to exceed fair-use limits.

Platform compliance

Turelis publishes only through official platform APIs and does not scrape or auto-engage on your behalf. You remain responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with the rules of each platform you connect.

Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse to [email protected].
