These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Turelis at turelis.com (the "Service"), operated by UDAIX, Hyderabad, India ("UDAIX", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority/digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must comply with the terms of any social platform you connect.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to research, generate, store, display, and publish it on your behalf at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted. Turelis assists, but you approve.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; no spam or activity that violates a connected platform's rules; no attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, who handles payment processing and applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Plans, features, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

AI-generated content

Turelis uses AI to research and draft content and works hard to keep it accurate and original. AI can still make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving anything before it publishes, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or terms, and your use of them is governed by their agreements.

Availability & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDAIX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you're on a free plan, to INR equivalent of USD 50).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify UDAIX against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
