Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid Turelis plans, operated by UDAIX. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who issues refunds on our behalf.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're a first-time subscriber and not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund it, no hard feelings. Email [email protected] with your account email.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your billing settings (or by emailing us) at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past periods, except under the 14-day guarantee above.

Exceptions

• We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Where local consumer law (e.g. in the EU/UK) grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
